1. Set the top cushion on the main pillow and place the head pillow at the end where baby’s head will go.
2. Sit back somewhere comfortable, like the couch, bed, or a plane seat. Buckle the strap around your waist and tighten it until the pillow sits snug and level.
3. Lay your baby on their back across the top cushion, head resting on the head pillow, and keep a hand on them.
4. Feed, breast or bottle. The pillow takes the weight, so your arms and back can relax.
5. To switch sides, move the head pillow to the other end and turn baby around. Do it before they fall asleep, not after, because a drowsy baby settles easily and a woken one doesn’t.

Can my baby sleep in it?
No. Never. It’s for feeding, with you awake and a hand on them. Sleep goes on their back, in a crib or bassinet.

How big is it?
The main pillow is 55 × 47 cm (21.7 × 18.5 in). The top cushion is 34 × 12 cm, and the head pillow is 23 × 23 cm.

Will it fit me?
Yes. The waist strap adjusts, so it sits snug whether you’re a week postpartum or a year in.

Does it work for bottle feeding?
Yes. Breast or bottle, either side. It holds baby at the right height so you’re not hunching over.

Is it for us?
If you’re feeding 8+ times a day and your arms and back feel it, yes. If you want somewhere to set baby down while you do something else, no. It’s a feeding pillow, not a seat or lounger.
